PERFORMANCE BASED FIRE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
SERVICES
01 / DESIGN
Our core skill is developing fire safety strategies that suit project requirements - be they financial, aesthetic or practical. We develop fire safety strategies from scratch, and are not bounded by the restrictive Deemed-to-Satisfy provisions of the Building Code of Australia.
02 / DOCUMENTATION
Once we have developed a fire safety strategy and agreed this with the project design team, we document this strategy in a Fire Engineering Brief and Fire Engineering Assessment report. We work with the team to ensure that the fire safety strategy is agreed with DFES and the project building surveyor, and help communicate the strategy to the construction team.
03 / REVIEWS
A fire safety review may be conducted on an existing building or at the end of a project to ensure that the fire safety strategy has been correctly implemented on site. This offers the project team and building owner confidence that the level of safety that they have set out to obtain has been acheived.
